Greetings oh earthlings!

I'm currently very pissed off right at those fuckers at Apple, iPod in particular.

I just got a video iPod from my insurance company, they didn't pack a charger (lucky I had one) or instructions on how to load music or videos onto the fucking thing! It's ridiculous!

They seem to believe that every person in america can work an iPod, well some people in europe can't understand an indian, turkish, canadian or german accent. I do believe that iPod customer services are the biggest bunch of shit eating monkey fuckers, every single one. 20 mins on hold listening to "Oops I did it again"... And the poor little guy wondered why I was screaming?

I mean come on! Is it really so hard to hire 'english' people? I mean, I'm no racist, I have no problem with people comming and living in this country, ethnic minorities and so on, but I have to say that Apple having not one 'english' member of staff is a real pain in the ass!!!

I still can't get the bloody thing to work, the video's now loaded, now there's no audio to the damn thing! And as I said before, there's little point calling those tossers cos I won't be able to understand what they're saying and no one even put a video iPod FAQ on the net!
